With decades of experience meeting the strict regulations and certification requirements of the automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries, we apply those standards as benchmarks across all products we manufacture.
Swiss turning is ideal for miniature components and is especially effective for producing long, slender parts. This technology enables multiple operations, including milling, turning, threading, cross-drilling, engraving, and other machining processes, to be completed on a single machine. By combining these operations into one setup, we can reduce the need for costly secondary processing, save time, lower costs, and ensure each part is manufactured to precise specifications.
Components made through Swiss turning are widely used in industries such as aerospace, electronics, energy and fuel systems, and medical devices. Common examples include shafts, contact pins, housings, inserts, sockets, implants, and related products.
Divine manufactures parts for a wide range of industries, from highly regulated sectors that demand consistent, high-precision components to applications requiring clear and distinctive product identification.
From small batches of a few hundred pieces to high-volume production in the hundreds of thousands, Swiss turning enables us to produce complex components on a single machine. This capability allows us to meet unique design specifications, even for highly demanding applications.
Available to machine different part features and meet specific technical requirements.
