Our contract machining services focus on what we do best: producing precision screw machine parts through a range of technologies, including advanced CNC turning and CNC milling machines. For over 50 years, customers have relied on us to manufacture high-quality parts, from simple fasteners to complex mechanical assemblies, for both prototype and production applications.

We specialize in short runs and small lot sizes, with typical production runs ranging from 100 pieces to over one million pieces. While all work is manufactured according to customer drawings, samples of parts we have produced can be viewed in our photo gallery.

Our equipment includes Japanese and German-made Swiss automatic screw machines, CNC twin-spindle turn/mill machines, and multiple screw machines capable of handling various materials and bar stock sizes. We also have dedicated equipment for secondary operations and a wide range of finishing processes.

In addition, our skilled and experienced machinists, some with more than 20 years in the industry, know how to use this equipment to produce your parts accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Our turning capabilities range from 3 mm to 65 mm in diameter for bar stock and up to 200 mm for billet work.

We work with a wide range of materials, including carbon alloys, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, high-nickel alloys, and engineered plastics. We can also help you select the most suitable material for your application, including materials beyond those listed.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and maintain a rigorous quality assurance program for the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries. Our program includes process monitoring and charting, first article inspection, advanced product quality planning (APQP) with core tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and Part Submission Warrants, as well as machinist training programs.

Our experienced team provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) support and helps evaluate production feasibility. We understand that when testing new ideas, fast quote turnaround is important, and we are ready to assist.

Including quoting, manufacturing, and shipping, our typical turnaround time for screw machine products is approximately four weeks, with an on-time delivery rate of over 98%. Depending on factors such as tooling, gauge, and material availability, we may be able to produce your parts on an expedited schedule. Just ask.

Yes, we can extract design and engineering information from most manufactured components. We can assist with part design, raw material selection, machining process planning, and finishing steps.

We accept most 3D file formats, including SolidWorks (.sldprt), ProE (.prt), IGES (.igs), and STEP (.stp). For parts with simple structures, we can also quote from 2D drawings in PDF or AutoCAD (.dwg) formats.

Other file formats not listed above may also be acceptable if they can be opened in AutoCAD, ProE, or SolidWorks.
