Advantages of our management

Divine Precision has extensive experience managing complex supply chains on behalf of customers. From sourcing exotic materials for machined parts that meet customer specifications to managing subcontracted processes such as heat treatment and surface finishing, our in-house engineering expertise and strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements enable us to build supply chains that perform reliably.

Volume and capacity

Divine has more than 100 lathes capable of machining complex parts from 5 to 150 mm in diameter. Operated by skilled technicians and highly trained employees, our machines run two shifts per day, six days a week. This flexible capacity supports customers’ high-volume production orders.

Global Logistics

We have loading docks at both our China manufacturing facility and Hong Kong warehouse. Whether shipments move by ocean freight or air express, both locations play an important role in supporting our global distribution services.

Advanced quality system

All aspects of our manufacturing processes are monitored to maintain the strict standards required by our ISO 9001 accreditation. This gives customers confidence in the quality of our precision turned and screw machined parts.

Lean manufacturing

Divine routinely supports Kanban and other customer-driven quality and inventory management systems, all managed through our proprietary MRP software that integrates functions across the company. This helps us manage machine production efficiently.

Vendor-Managed Inventory

As a high-volume production machining and screw machine products supplier, Divine specializes in annual contracts and blanket orders with min-max inventory agreements, as well as fixed firm orders. This allows us to consistently supply parts at optimal costs while supporting reliable delivery and reduced inventory levels.

Value engineering support

Simplify your supply chain with a single supplier from early-stage prototyping through low-volume production. We follow industry quality standards to help reduce costs throughout the product lifecycle. Our team brings specialized industry expertise to part design, helping develop high-quality parts at optimal cost.

Reliability and Quality

We provide quality inspection reports to support your quality management system, including dimensional reports, material REACH/RoHS documentation, and Certificates of Compliance (CoC). We also offer quality certifications such as FAI, Cpk, PPAP, sample qualification, process qualification, and more.

Custom Packaging

We work with your team to determine the best way to build and package your products for efficient assembly with your existing components. Proper packaging helps prevent corrosion and impact damage. Typical packaging options include bulk packing, foam-layer boxing, and pick-and-place trays.
What can we do

Machined Part Vendor Supply Chain Program

Switching to Divine for machined parts is simple and hassle-free.

As global supply chains continue to expand, the demand for efficient worldwide movement of goods and faster delivery has increased. Designed to improve efficiency and simplify supply chain management, our vendor program provides a streamlined approach to order fulfillment and inventory control, benefiting both suppliers and buyers.

We developed our 3-Step Vendor Supply Chain Program to support this process. Through the program, we work with you to plan and manage every stage of the vendor transition. You receive higher-quality parts with improved cost and time efficiency, while reducing concerns about production delays or lost productivity.

Step 1: Parts Analysis and DFM Redesign
Our engineering team carefully evaluates your current parts or component program. We apply practical engineering expertise to determine whether your parts can be produced more efficiently, with improved precision, and in alignment with design for manufacturing (DFM) principles.

Step 2: Machined Part Prototyping
Based on the improved design, we can create 3D models or working prototypes to test and refine proposed component improvements before production. This helps identify and prevent potential mistakes or inconsistencies early in the process.

Step 3: Machining and Inventory Management
Once the prototype is tested and approved, we can begin machining and finishing your parts or components through a contract manufacturing arrangement, including skilled subassembly if required. This “machine now, pay as delivered” program offers two key advantages.

First, you can benefit from volume discounts, with payments aligned to your actual part or product usage for better cash flow control. Second, our warehousing capabilities help you avoid both inventory shortages and excess inventory costs.
