Divine plays an important role in the medical industry by manufacturing essential components for a wide range of medical devices. More than 50% of our production is dedicated to parts used in ventilators and anesthetic delivery systems, some of which can be adapted for ventilator applications.
During the coronavirus pandemic, we took responsibility for producing approximately 30 different parts specifically designed for breathing devices. These components are relatively small but require tight tolerances and precise cleaning specifications to ensure safety and functionality.
While stainless steel and aluminum are the primary materials used for ventilator components, our expertise also includes nickel alloy, copper, and selected plastics. By applying our material knowledge and manufacturing capabilities, we tailor our processes to meet the unique requirements of each medical device, ensuring reliable performance, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
The ventilator industry requires products that meet exact specifications and the highest standards of reliability and quality. By combining advanced technology with in-house engineering and manufacturing expertise, we design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality products and sub-assemblies for demanding ventilator applications.
To meet the rigorous requirements of the medical industry, we use advanced equipment such as twin-spindle lathes and Swiss-type lathes. These cutting-edge machines enable us to achieve the precision and quality required for medical components.
With ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and extensive knowledge of material sourcing requirements, Divine is fully aligned with ventilator industry expectations.

Once your product design is finalized, you can rely on Divine’s 50+ years of machining experience to consistently produce high-quality sensor components.
Divine is a custom manufacturing supplier with 20+ years of experience providing components for medical devices. Our CNC machining and Swiss turning capabilities support OEM customers with custom parts used in mechanical ventilators, portable respiratory equipment, and specialty medical devices.
Divine’s precision machining capabilities offer significant advantages for ventilator customers requiring components with tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. We provide a full range of precision machining processes, including CNC turning, vertical and horizontal milling, grinding, and various secondary operations. Aluminum Alloys
Aluminum alloys are widely used in commercial electric vehicles, trucks, and buses. Most aluminum alloys offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, formability, and cost efficiency.
Some of the grades we stock include:
Aluminum 2011
Aluminum 4032
Aluminum 6061
Aluminum 6063
Aluminum 7075-T7651
Stainless Steel and Specialty Steel
Stainless steel alloys are increasingly used in electric vehicle components that require high strength and can accommodate additional weight. Their excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance make stainless steel suitable for a wide range of EV parts, including actuators, fasteners, and structural components.
Some of the grades we stock include:
AISI 303
AISI 304
AISI 316
AISI 630
AISI 17-4PH
Nickel and High-Temperature Alloys
Nickel steel alloys are widely used in electric vehicles due to their excellent hardness, tensile strength, and elastic limit while maintaining good ductility. These alloys also retain strength at elevated temperatures of approximately 1,050°C to 1,200°C. Nickel alloys are commonly found in EV components such as bolts, terminals, keys, clevises, and more. Nickel-based superalloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy are also extensively used.
Some of the grades we stock include:
Nickel-Chromium Alloys – Inconel:
Inconel 600
Inconel 617
Inconel 625
Inconel 718
Nickel-Molybdenum-Chromium Alloys – Hastelloy:
Hastelloy C276
Copper Alloys
With its outstanding electrical conductivity, copper is the preferred material for wiring in most electric vehicle electrical systems. It is also widely used for precision bearings, bushings, tube fittings, and gears.
Some of the grades we stock include:
Copper C3600
Copper C3602
Copper C3604
Copper C4926 (Lead Free)
