We provide complete services covering trial runs, manufacturing, functional testing, and result analysis. We are your partner for complete mechanical component groups across a wide range of industries and applications.

More from AmwerkAssembly to your requirements

Manufacturing considerations and assembly cost efficiency are built into the production process from the early design stage. One of the most effective ways for companies to reduce costs and improve production efficiency is to outsource component assembly to Divine. We provide complete turned parts assembly services, combining multiple machined components to deliver high-quality finished products directly to customers.
Working closely with our long-term customers, we manufacture mechanical assemblies using a wide range of processes, including turning, milling, deburring, grinding, and honing. We also support complete in-house logistics for purchased components, along with various hardness treatments and surface finishing processes.
Every finished part is carefully inspected before shipment. With full traceability under our ISO 9001 accreditation, customers can have confidence in the quality and reliability of our assembled parts.

With our assembly department and fully automatic assembly lines, we complete our single-source service by providing ready-to-install assemblies of the highest quality.

What can we do

Assembly operations

Assembly is the act of joining metal components into plastic or other mating parts through processes such as riveting, binding with adhesives, threaded fasteners, and more. In most manufacturing processes, metal assembly requires both automation and human labor. There are several types of metal assembly in manufacturing. These include:

  • Mechanical Assembly
  • Threaded Inserts
  • O-ring Insertion
  • Press Fitting
  • Crimping
  • Riveting

This process uses various fasteners, such as nuts, screws, bolts, and others, to assemble or join multiple parts together. Mechanical assembly is well suited for non-permanent assemblies or applications that may require adjustment and routine maintenance.

Threaded inserts are used to add screw threads to parts that need greater thread strength than plastic threads can provide. These inserts are typically made from brass or aluminum and are then installed or welded onto the part.

O-rings are used to create a secure seal between assembled parts, preventing fluids or air from passing from one part to another. Although simple in design, O-rings are often critical components in finished products. If they are not properly installed, leaks and product failures may occur.

Press fittings provide a reliable seal, reduce assembly errors, and, when properly pressed, remain leak-free. In general, a press fit joins two parts by inserting one component, such as a standoff, into a fitting through applied force, with the interference fit holding both parts securely in place.

Riveting is commonly used for metal parts and components in applications exposed to fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions.
